Motion Graphic Designer

Creation of designs and graphic assets representative of AJ's brand values. Playing a crucial role in the visual design formulation and creation process and staying ahead of the curve with current trends.Solving information design challenges and adding clarity to AJ's array of output. Provide leadership, support, train and counsel creative team members.Responsibilities:

Juggle the work of multiple motion graphic projects simultaneouslyWork well in collaborative, dynamic teams of producers and editorsAbility to conceptualize and bring creative ideas to projectsCreate 2D and 3D custom animated graphics for social media platformsCollaborate with the rest of creative and development teams to make visually compelling contentStep into the storyboarding and graphic design process when neededConceptualize and create content in a creatively driven environmentProduce supporting assets when necessaryFollow directions carefullyTake creative approaches to illustrating conceptsWork well in a collaborative, creative environmentProblem solve and think creativelyOptimize, organize and prepare project filesWork in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentManage multiple projects at any given timeCapture, edit, and integrate live-action footage into motion piecesBuild and render 3D scenes for use in motionStay up to date with current software and design trends
