VillageMD is currently seeking Board-Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team-based practice in Fort Collins, CO. Personal and professional skills for successMust have 2 years of experience, post residency
Must hold current, unrestricted State license or be eligible for licensure
Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or FP/OB is required
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Must be actively registered or eligible to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or be eligible to enroll
Strong oral and written communication skills
Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; EPIC experience helpful, Athena preferred
OB responsibilities include providing prenatal care, evaluate and manage prenatal issues,appropriate consultations, management of intrapartum and postpartum care, coordinated coverage of OB patients
For Colorado Residents only:
The total compensation range for this role is $220,000 to $320,000+ with upside opportunity based on production and performance. The selected candidate will be eligible for a valuable company benefits plan, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and access to a 401k plan.
