Visit our PinFlex landing page to learn more.The Ads Signal team builds ML signals to improve advertising performance and solve various business problems. The team is responsible for developing and innovating ML signals, integrating them to production models, and building toolings to improve signal development lifecycle. The team closely works with retrieval and ranking stakeholders and significantly contributes to ads performance improvement. Our work leverages a variety of technologies to better understand user and ad representations to improve ad performance, including graph representation learning, sequence modeling, realtime processing etc.What You’ll Do

Research and apply cutting edge ML techniques to improve feature processing in ranking/retrieval models, develop techniques to better transfer feature/label information cross-domain.Be hands-on and develop models and systems that lead to step-function improvements in ads performance.Work with a diverse group of engineers, collaborate with cross functional teams to understand gaps/opportunities, push adoption of new signals/technologies across multiple components in ads delivery funnel.Serve as a technical mentor to team members, setting an example for best practices and impact.What We’re Looking For

MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field6+ years of industry experience with related background in Recommender Systems, Monetization, and Ads Delivery funnel (Ads Ranking and/or Ads Retrieval) domains.Strong software engineering and mathematical skills with knowledge of machine learning.Hands-on experience with large-scale online recommendation/ads systems.Relocation Statement
