We are looking for a Sr. Technical Product Manager (PMT) to help revolutionize how customers with disabilities experience Amazon. This is a highly collaborative role working with SDEs, TPMs, UXDs and SDM leaders across Amazon’s WW Stores division.

Key job responsibilitiesAs a Sr. PMT for Accessibility your primary focus will be identifying and solving problems that impact our customers with disabilities and how they shop on Amazon. You will have opportunities to partner with L7+ technical and product leaders to evolve the strategic direction for accessibility within a variety of businesses. You will own the business and technical strategy for features that augment or extend experiences, resolve complexities, and remove the friction customers with disabilities face engaging with web and mobile experiences across Amazon. You will own internal product solutions that scale voice of customer data and research insights across hundreds of product teams. You will collaborate with Product Leaders across multiple organizations to simplify how they integrate accessibility innovation into their development culture.

We are looking for an independent, creative, passionate, out of the box thinker to help us establish a culture for accessibility innovation and experimentation. You have strong subject matter expertise in accessibility and a proven track record for delivering high quality products that raise the bar for customers with disabilities and demonstrating positive business impacts. You are excited about the possibility of inventing new solutions and have a deep desire to continuously learn about the unique ways customers with disabilities engage with digital environments. You know how to convert customer data into insights that can guide and influence priorities across a diverse collection of product solutions.

A day in the lifeYou will establish and own a roadmap of research, experimentation, and feature development opportunities to delight our customers with disabilities

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for solutions prioritized by the Worldwide Stores Accessibility team and partner with experience owners across Amazon to ensure our solutions align with their broader product vision.

You will drive the business and technical requirements and establish frameworks for prioritization, experimentation, and long-term investment and ownership of solutions incubated by the Worldwide Stores Accessibility team.

You will deliver scalable solutions to surface voice of customer data, research insights, and opportunities for innovated solutions for customers with disabilities across hundreds of product teams.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
