Over the past 15+ years we have developed deep capability in retail analytics solutions through our partnership with Woolworths Group, Australia’s largest retailer. In parallel, we are taking these proven solutions and capabilities to power our retail clients across the globe, which include some of the largest retailers in the UK and US. This is where you come in! We build and deploy bespoke analytic consulting services and products across every part of our client ecosystems including customer analytics, personalization, merchandising and supply chain optimization.
The role
In this role you will be responsible for developing and growing Quantium’s key retail client in the US, building deep, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention and revenue growth within the retail practice. You will be responsible for delivering analytics transformation programs, identifying new opportunities, fostering new and existing stakeholder relationships, developing and selling compelling propositions as well as building and managing high performing teams to deliver tangible client value as they embark on their analytics transformation journey. As a trusted advisor, you will build deep relationships with senior level client stakeholders to understand their strategy and then work closely with Quantium technical teams to deliver new data science and AI use cases to solve those problems and convert commercial opportunities.
Key objectives:
Play a ‘quarterback’ role working with cross-functional teams, to lead the agile delivery of Quantium’s analytics transformation programs
Identify opportunities to commercialize Quantium’s advanced analytics and data science capabilities for our US retail clients
Support execution of GTM and business development efforts by identifying advanced analytics and data science opportunities, developing business cases and crafting compelling client proposals
Build deep relationships and understanding of client needs in order to identify additional commercial opportunities with key clients
About you
Here is a flavor of the type of experience and skills we are looking to add to the team on day one.
~7 years+ experience, with a strong strategy consulting foundation built in a Retail or Consumer practice
Demonstrated experience solving complex problems for enterprise clients using data, and analytics solutions
Proven track record of identifying and winning new work with existing clients and achieving revenue growth targets
A strong understanding of data science problems, with the ability to translate analytics and insights to a relevant business problem / need, and experience in working closely with technical teams
Experience engaging and influencing C-Suite level client stakeholders on complex business issues where advanced analytics, data science and AI are part of the solution set, leveraging this capability to build long-term trusted advisor relationships
Sharp problem-solving skills and commercial acumen
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business and across geographies
Degree qualified; postgraduate qualifications highly valued
