As a Mission Strategy Consultant on our team, you'll engage with clients to help them understand their organization and crystallize their goals. You'll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client's objectives and vision and understand how changes will impact business processes and IT systems. You'll support the client with the relevant approach or deliverable that may include data collection and analysis, needs assessment, requirements analysis or definition, change management plan, or business process improvement recommendations.Work with us as we lead change in the Intelligence Community. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
