Represent clients in jury trials.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
Proven track record as a successful 1st chair trial attorney.
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
Comprehensive understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
Experience in drafting and responding to motions.
Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
Certifications:Licensed by the State Bar of Texas and in good standing.
Skills:
Strong litigation and trial skills.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex cases.
