REAL ESTATE LITIGATION ATTORNEY

A national law firm providing legal services to financial institutions seeks a Foreclosure Litigation Attorney for their Honolulu office. Work is largely remote but candidates must be in Honolulu for occasional in-office needs. In this role, you will manage cases with an emphasis on residential real estate litigation, mortgage and transactional matters, and protect the client's interest in litigation proceedings and general collection cases. The primary focus will be judicial foreclosure actions. Position requires (a) 1 year of real estate litigation experience and (b) an active license to practice in HI.Salary:
