If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Technical Program Manager, Security Integration in San Francisco, CA:Job Duties:Implement security and compliance program with clouds to drive down risk.Drive implementation of prioritized security programs that are aligned with cloud objectives.Monitor performance and compliance with security run-the-business SLAs.Monitor GRC Issues & Exceptions cases to manage risk.Formulate and execute a strategic plan for addressing security bugs in products and services.Collaborate with leadership to drive operational excellence for addressing security bugs & vulnerabilities across Salesforce.Ability to do security reviews and recommend action plans for security issues identified in collaboration with Business and Security teams.Review security corrective action plans from business units and assess the risk depending on the environment.Provide feedback/recommendations to Security and Cloud leadership to make informed decisions.Proficiency in collaborating with both business and technical domains, adept at bridging communication gaps between the two sectors.Broad knowledge and technical expertise across various security domains such as network security engineering, threat modeling, security bug review, security assessments, risk assessments, compliance reviews, etc.Regularly report to senior leadership on the status, challenges, and achievements of the security strategy.Provide weekly program updates to leadership and stakeholders companywide that highlight actions required, decisions, blockers and wins.Minimum Requirements:Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).Special Skill Requirements:Information Security GovernanceNetwork Security & firewallsSecurity configurations or Security tools and vendorsInformation Security program development and managementRisk ManagementThreat & Vulnerability ManagementThreat HuntingSecurity awareness training and education programsSecurity audits to perform regulatory compliance frameworks (NIST CSF & 800-53, ISO27001, SOX, SOC, HITRUST, HIPAA, FedRAMP, or PCI, etc.)Security analytics (Tableau dashboard)Salesforce Issues & Exceptions Management tooling and processesPenetration TestingAny suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.Salary:
