One of the key pillars of this vision is to help Selling Partners establish durable relationships with high value Customers who share the same values and are likely to be loyal. As a Senior Product Manager Technical, you will own the vision and product roadmap for the features and functionality that will help us make progress towards this vision. You will work backwards from a delightful shopping experience where Customers can easily discover and shop from their favorite Brands, and forge productive partnerships with core stakeholders to deliver results. You will closely partner with software engineers, data scientists, business analysts and UX designers.Key job responsibilitiesConducting market research and Seller interviews to collect data and anecdotes that will inform the roadmap,Writing strategy docs and PRFAQs to pitch ideas and seek alignment on program investments,Performing deep dives on business metrics to identify problems or opportunities,Making sound prioritization decisions that are backed by data,Driving adoption, engagement, and experimentation of products,Developing and managing mechanisms that ensure high quality at speed and scale.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degreeExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience managing technical products or online servicesExperience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPreferred QualificationsExperience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSightExperience in building and driving adoption of new toolsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
