Key responsibilities will include:Identifying tax advantages.Drafting corporate documents.Reviewing operating agreements, contracts, bylaws, shareholder agreements, and equity purchase and sale transactions.Strong leadership skills are essential to guide and mentor junior attorneys on the team.Salary Range:
$150,000 - $180,000Reference:
