You'll work closely with cross-functional teams as a full stack data scientist: building scalable data pipelines, improving metrics and analytics, developing ML and optimization models, and providing insights that inform key business decisions. Your work will directly impact how we improve our platform and deliver value to employers and employees alike.What you'll do
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizationApply and deploy a wide variety of statistical methods including experimentation, causal inference, and ML to solve complex business problemsCreate data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholdersTransform and clean data from multiple sources into scalable data pipelinesWork closely with product and engineering teams to improve the platform and integrate data-driven solutionsStay current with the latest advancements in data science and ML techniquesBackground we're looking for
Master's or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in a data science role, preferably in a fast-paced tech environmentStrong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languagesExpertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualizationExperience with SQL and distributed frameworks like SparkExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insightsExperience We'd Be Particularly Excited About
Previous work in the healthcare or fintech industriesExperience with data privacy and security regulationsWhat to expect
