Job Responsibilities
Lead client projects around training, requirements gathering, configuration, integration, custom application development, process design, and software implementations.
Work as an individual contributor and as part of a team to support client work.
Gather system functional requirements, analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy mission critical business solutions within the project scope.
Develop industry, professional and interpersonal skills to the extent of being able to organize, analyze and communicate with both fellow staff and client personnel in a clear, productive and efficient manner.
Demonstrate and enhance complex CRM concepts and research techniques to exercise discretion and make judgments on how to configure the system.
Provide input and contribute to the evolution of our processes and procedures for client project delivery.
Collaborate with Project Management to ensure project accountability (staying within scope, budget and timeline) and proactively identify risks and issues.
Provide guidance and thought leadership on to-be business processes and impacts to software implementations.
Identify opportunities for additional services at existing clients.
Meet individual client delivery goal.
Requirements
Undergraduate or master’s degree with a concentration in Information Systems, Business, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) implementation experience, or other implementation software. Customer Insights – Journeys (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing) experience is preferred.
Experience implementing multiple end-to-end D365 CRM projects.
Ability to work independently and as a team player to effectively meet project deliverables on time while delivering quality work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Possess outstanding analytical reasoning, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent work ethic, positive energy and able to maintain a professional presence in difficult client facing situations.
Thrive on continuous learning and improvement.
Willingness to travel to client sites within the U.S. as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
2 Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate Certifications in Customer Insights (Marketing), Sales, Field Service, or Customer Service
Proficiency with Power Automate Flows
Data mapping and migration experience
