The Senior Director of Grocery and Small Format leads a high-performing sales team, crafts comprehensive channel strategies, and ensures seamless execution across multiple channels (Grocery, C-store, Drug, Foodservice, and Specialty). You will play a key role in molding the company's long-term strategic plans and will allocate resources across assigned channels (inclusive of Omni Channel). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and will manage brokers to achieve shared objectives.Job Aspects:Establishment of Strategic Vision and Tactics:
