**Job Title: General Production Operator****Job Description**Join our dynamic team as a General Production Operator. You will be cross-trained and involved in various tasks such as assembly, automation, and boxing. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets.**Hard Skills**+ Machine operation+ Assembly+ Blueprint reading (plus)+ Troubleshooting+ Physical stamina (ability to lift 40 lbs)**Soft Skills**+ Attention to detail+ Proactive problem-solving+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment+ Teamwork**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Solon, Ohio.**Work Environment**You will work in a machine shop environment with over 100 employees across three shifts. The environment can be loud with multiple machines running, and it will be warm during the summer.
