One of our largest clients is hiring for a couple front-end developers. On a day-to-day basis, youll be working with a team of 10 to modernize their application, which involves upgrading an outdated tech stack and implementing new client features. Your tasks will include coding in ReactJS, creating new features by leveraging and adjusting existing libraries, and contributing to a shared component library. Collaboration is key, as the team follows a buddy system for addressing questions and concerns, with regular standups, planning sessions, and code reviews to ensure smooth project progress. Youll also participate in analysis and design phases, all while ensuring code security, meeting standards, and focusing on accessibility. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this task-oriented environment.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of professional experience as a React Developer
Proficiency in ReactJS, particularly in creating new features and adjusting existing ones by pulling from current libraries and using a shared component library
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Experience with accessibility and ensuring work aligns with accessibility standards
