We are seeking an experienced and dynamic social media specialist to join our marketing team in a full-time capacity to implement social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and help visually tell the Flour story through compelling + beautiful content. This role will also oversee key facets of our digital footprint - the website and online reputation management - ensuring these platforms not only the Mom test but contribute meaningfully to the success of our marketing strategy.

Launch Flour on Tik TokCreate, edit, curate and schedule all photography + video content for Flour social media in line with strategic marketing goalsManage a social media calendar for all Flour social mediaManage targeted paid ads via Meta and GoogleMonitor social media channels for industry trends and best practicesAssist in the development and management of influencer marketing strategiesPresent and analyze key metrics on post performance and suggest strategy modifications as necessaryAssist in the maintenance of Flour's website including basic updates and our holiday pre-order programMonitor website functionality, traffic, and performanceMonitor and respond to reviews, comments, and messages across social media and online reputation platforms to foster positive relationships and nurture our online communityOther duties may be assignedCompensation:
The starting wage for this position is $25 per hour plus benefits, with the opportunity to increase to $30 per hour at six months of service based on a performance reviewLaptop provided
