NYCASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL FOR INSTITUTIONAL BROKERDEALER

NEW YORK CITY based INSTITUTIONAL BROKER-DEALER seeks ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL (hybrid): advise and support sales and trading teams for Fixed Income and Equities.Responsibilities include:Lead trading documentation and agreement negotiations (Master Repurchase, Master Securities Lending, sponsored repos, collateral, custody, futures/options, give-ups, MSFTAs, ISDA Masters).Advise on international and domestic laws/regs (SEC, CFTC, FINRA, EMIR, CIMA, etc.).Qualifications:Seven (7) plus years of corporate legal and/or in-house experience.Experience with ‘33 and ‘34 Act, operational, custodial, settlement/clearing matters; Investment Banking/research preferred.Base salary $225-245k with discretionary bonus.Contact David Reitman, DLR Associates, (914) 693-9165, david@dlrassociatesrecruiting.comFlexible work from home options available.
