Our CEO believes in strategic recruiting; we train and direct our hiring managers on search and assessment best practices and we often work on highly impactful C level efforts. We drive solutions, hire high-performers and live our company values (Solutions Focused, Customer-Obsessed, One Scorecard, Resilient, Embody SecurityDNA).About the Role:Your goal is to partner with hiring managers and rapidly generate talent pipelines across all levels of roles ranging from C-suite to senior and middle management to specialists, associates and entry-level professionals across all functional areas including technology, product, sales, customer success, marketing, finance, and professional services. You are extremely organized and reliable, an air-tight operator with limited tactical drops or misses. You are responsive to candidate and hiring manager requests and maintain excellent real-time documentation in our Greenhouse system and Excel talent pipeline trackers. You are data-driven, using funnel metrics, channel mix, and cost per hire benchmarks to pull your own data, independently generate, synthesize, and share insights and outcomes. You operate with a security mindset and can handle sensitive and highly confidential company information. You will be tasked to own and run searches, generate talent pipelines, and close searches, in addition to scheduling and coordinating based on demand and team capacity. Our team operates as all hands-on deck, and no work is beneath any of us. This is a fully remote role anywhere in the USA (working 9am to 5pm ET), with a preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone, and a super bonus if you are in the NYC tri-state area and can come into our Manhattan office once a week or more (where we have amazing community events).Required Qualifications:Advanced proficiency with Greenhouse recruiting; you should be able to open and configure jobs, schedule interviews, use assessment integrations and automations, and post and tune job posts externally without tool training.Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (sourcing, InMail automation, and job post optimization); other similar boolean talent sourcing tools such as SeekOut are a plus.Advanced proficiency with a recruiting CRM tool such as Gem or SourceWhale.Ability to enrich talent profiles, locate publicly available and reliable contact information, conduct market maps, industry and company mapping, and referral mining.Ability to write and edit excellent job descriptions and navigate Greenhouse to resurface and re-engage prior quality candidates.Maintain high-quality connections with top talent for future re-engagement.Skilled behavioral interviewer with the ability to train others.Data-driven approach, managing by metrics and creating your own metrics.Continuous improvement mindset, resilient and reflective, embracing feedback and learning opportunities.Inquisitive nature with excellent goal-level questions.Ability to move fast, typing at 60+ words per minute (ideally 80+), and multitasking effectively.Excellent external messaging, grammar, and spelling.Smartly leverage AI to enhance outcomes without using generic responses.Bachelor's degree required; master's degrees preferred.5+ years of direct recruiting experience.Benefits:Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, health benefits, unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more!The estimated salary range (base plus bonus) for this position is $100,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation is based on various factors, including affordability, skills, qualifications, and experience, and may vary from the range.
