Intellectual Property Litigation AssociateLocation:
Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, DCExperience:
1 to 4 years Salary: $215,000 - $295,000Responsibilities:Handle litigation matters related to intellectual property, including trade secrets and other soft IP areas.Conduct research and analysis to support legal strategies.Draft persuasive legal documents, including briefs and motions.Work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment.Assume immediate responsibility for assigned tasks.IMPORTANT NOTE: Sole practitionerswill not work, and candidates must have big national firm experience or big boutique firm experienceQualifications:
Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Illinois, California, New York, or District of Columbia Bar, active and in good standing.1 to 4 years of relevant experience in intellectual property litigation.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated ability in research and analysis.Excellent persuasive writing abilities.Bachelor's degree and/or advanced degree in electrical engineering or computer science preferred but not required.Why is This a Great Opportunity:
