Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems. Assess and evaluate IT systems and the mitigation of IT-related business risks. Assist clients to modify/ strengthen internal controls and improve IT and business performance. Work on ServiceNow implications and help develop IT strategies relating to governance, principles, skills, and sourcing. Determine computer software or hardware needs. Prepare and facilitate workshops with clients on all aspects of proposals, staffing, and managing IT Strategy and Governance programs/projects. Create roadmaps with detailed project initiatives over a timeline. Align ServiceNow modules with business models across industry markets and guide IT process and organizational re-engineering programs or project streams. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Applied Science, Operations Management or a related field and 5 years of work experience. Employer will accept a 3 or 4 year degree. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Applied Science, Operations Management or a related field and 4 years of work experience.
Must have 2 years of consulting experience in a professional services firm.
Must have 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following:•Consulting experience in technology strategy and management;•IT Transformation including ServiceNow Systems Implementation;•IT and enterprise Service Management design;•Workflow design, configuration and testing on platforms including ServiceNow and/or similar; or•Providing consulting services to enterprises in creating value, rationalizing costs, and managing IT risks and effectiveness.
Must have 3 years of experience in 1 of the following:•Implementing technology strategy and cost optimization solutions using leading practices related to people, processes, and technology;•Identifying cost saving opportunities and providing comprehensive recommendations for performance improvement;•ServiceNow Systems Implementation;•Business and technical requirements gathering;•Technical Design, Configuration and Testing; or•Enabling IT and enterprise Service Management workflows.
Must have 2 years of experience leading teams of consulting professionals.
Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
