DescriptionWould you like to be a part of a team that is helping innovative startups drive transformation? In this fast moving business, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers while helping to drive growth of early, mid, and late stage startups. Your core responsibility is to ensure that high-potential health tech startups choose AWS as their cloud platform to transform and accelerate their business. Working backwards from the customer, you will partner with core team members and stakeholders to lead scaled Go-to-Market strategies, accelerate adoption and drive customer success.The ideal candidate will have passion and curiosity about the next healthcare innovators in the market, have a strong sales background and the technical aptitude to learn about transformative technologies, such as AI/ML, while thriving in a fast-paced environment. They will have had experience engaging with startup founders as well as engaging in discussions at the CXO and VP/ Director level. You will own end-to-end sales engagements and enable successful customer outcomes supported by a wide team of specialists ranging from solution architects to AWS technology partners. You will be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.Key job responsibilitiesEnsure customer success with early stage startups.Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory.Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM Strategy.Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and goal targets.Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.Accelerate customer adoption by engaging Founders, CxO, Board of Directors and VC influencers.Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.Successfully work in a large-scale environment, leading collaboration with AWS resources (Solution Architects, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, Support, and Service teams) to drive customer solution adoption at scale.Basic Qualifications5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent experience.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Preferred QualificationsExperience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS.Experience driving new business in greenfield accounts at the C-suite level or equivalent.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
