The Technical Recruiter plays an essential role in fueling Nexxen's growth strategy by attracting and identifying extraordinary talent. In this position, you will be responsible for being the key partner to various high-profile teams within our Technology (Engineering) and Product organizations; identifying and attracting talent and building pipelines for Nexxen's future needs. You will develop and execute staffing strategies to increase our visibility within the competitive Adtech Market and attract high-caliber talent to the Organization. You have a proven ability to consistently and positively contribute to individual and organizational goals, while working in a fast-paced and fluid work environment. You know the importance of prioritizing, managing time, and multiple tasks efficiently. You work with a sense of urgency without compromising our values and requirements. You are part of a greater talent acquisition team and can positively contribute to the team through individual and team-focused goals.

Responsibilities

Drive the full-cycle recruitment process while recruiting top talent for a variety of tech positions at Nexxen; primarily in North America.

Consistently meet company performance metrics to drive towards hiring goals.

Continuously build and execute sourcing strategies that attract talent for current and future initiatives to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool.

Drive internal enthusiasm around Recruiting through partnership with hiring teams to gain internal support.

Consult with hiring managers and senior leaders regularly to ensure alignment to staffing plans, candidate pipeline, and achievement against hiring goals.

Organize and regularly document recruitment activity in our ATS; ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Ensure hiring teams are prepared for interviews for compliant assessments and executing a positive candidate experience.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and the greater HR team to drive and execute new initiatives.

Required Qualifications

6+ years’ proven technical, full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment with an emphasis on technical/software engineering roles.

Proven success in talent identification, recruitment, and implementing staffing programs intended to build and sustain a pipeline of successful talent in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timeframes.

Successful experience working with various levels in an organization acting as a trusted partner.

Solid technical knowledge and demonstrated ability to screen Technical candidates such as software engineers, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, etc., and qualify them for open positions.

Strong

organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a willingness to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Exceptional customer service skills and desire to go above and beyond in providing a valuable experience to all internal and external customers.

Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success.

Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.

Recent experience working in Greenhouse ATS is a strong plus!

Preferred Qualifications

BA/BS degree preferred.

Greenhouse ATS experience.
