What You'll DoAs Director, Product Marketing - B2B you will be responsible for developing a team of high performing Product Marketers who own messaging, positioning and GTM strategy for our B2B products. You will work with Product across the entire product lifecycle to create, launch and sustain new offerings and features. You’ll drive product messaging and positioning, collaborate with demand generation and other parts of marketing to create high impact content and build a pipeline for the product. You’ll work with Business Development to grow our relationship with strategic partners like Salesforce, SAP, Coupa and more. You’ll enable our Sales teams with content and tools aligned to customer needs in various stages of the sales cycle. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and senior leadership.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Marketing.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the positioning, messaging, and value propositions of Docusign’s B2B products

Create, lead, run, and measure product marketing and lead generation initiatives to showcase the value of Docusign’s B2B product and capabilities to target markets

Partner with Demand Generation to define market segmentation and campaign strategy

Lead efforts to create the high impact messaging and assets required to implement

Work with Business Development to ensure that our key ecosystem partners have the messaging, content and tools they need to be successful channel partners

Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure that content, tools, and other product marketing assets are effectively deployed to and used by the field

Support strategic customer and internal events (e.g., customer/partner conferences, sales meetings) by owning development of presentations, sessions and training

Collaborate with Product Management to ensure that new products and functionality are featured, packaged, priced, launched, and communicated effectively

Job DesignationHybrid:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What You BringBasic

8+ years of product marketing (or similar) in the B2B SaaS space

3+ years of people management experience

12+ years experience with a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

MBA degree or equivalent work experience

Strong record of successful people management and leadership

Experience in one or more of the following categories: Contract Lifecycle Management, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Customer Relationship Management, Document Generation

Self-starter who can drive cross functional initiatives with minimal guidance

Consistent record of understanding and simplifying complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences

Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $171,500.00 - $277,025.00 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $164,800.00 - $232,750.00 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $164,800.00 - $242,225.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
