Director Treasury Audit

Audit Director - Treasury Location: NYC Compensation: 200-250k base I am currently working with a Top Global Bank to grow out their Audit team by bringing on a Director that will cover Treasury, Finance, and Capital Markets. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience and strong SME in the areas listed above, as well as strong people management skills. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team and leading the planning, execution and oversight of the annual audit plan and driving quality of audit work for the Finance/Treasury Audit team. The bank has grown over the last year in total asset size, so this will be a key hire as the regulatory scope changes. Responsibilities: Manage audit engagements related to treasury, finance, and capital markets Review the results of risk assessments and ensure that they are compliant with regulatory requirements Communicate audit findings with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop plans to mitigate and prevent risks Requirements: 10+ years of experience in internal audit, primarily covering a function such as treasury or capital markets In-depth knowledge of Corporate Treasury, Liquidity Risk, Capital Planning (CCAR), Interest Rate Risk Strong people management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or another related field
