Job Overview:RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Director Post Intensive Care for Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master’s preferredCurrent New Jersey RN LicensureBLS required. (American Heart Association)A minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in an acute care setting is requiredPrevious experience as a nursing director is preferredScheduling Requirements:Full Time 40 hours per weekEssential Functions:Accountability and supervision for staff that includes RN's, CNA's & Unit Secretaries for a 20 bed highly acute medical/surgical unit and other healthcare providers who deliver care to patients in the inpatient setting.Director will manage the staffing, budget & quality measures of the UnitAn integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at RWJ New BrunswickResponsibility for multiple teams who support daily essential patient careThis individual is responsible to have 24/7 responsibility, recruit and manage multiple teams and improve quality and customer satisfactionOther Duties:
