What You'll Do
Develop and execute impactful B2B growth marketing strategies
Run experiments across various channels (email, social media, partnerships, conferences, direct mail – your creativity is the limit)
Craft compelling copy that resonates with our target audience
Analyze performance and iterate quickly to optimize results
Collaborate closely with our founding team to drive business growth
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably in SaaS or AI
Exceptional copywriting skills with a track record of creating high-converting content
Demonstrated ability to drive top-of-funnel leads and contribute to revenue growth
Proficiency in using AI tools for marketing optimization and automation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and adjust strategies accordingly
Experience with modern B2B growth tactics and channels
Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Familiarity with the sales and customer experience (CX) landscape
Understanding of the needs and pain points of sales and CX leaders
