Job OverviewThe ABA Clinical Director is a key leadership role that includes strategic planning, auditing, oversight, implementation, development, and training of new and current employees, systems, policies, procedures, and overall drive for the company’s success. The role requires the skills, confidence, and unique ability to harmoniously integrate the major functions of the business and manage the day-to-day issues that arise. Hybrid scheduling is available with work out of our Libertyville and Crystal Lake, IL Clinics.Responsibilities:Liaison to COO of MTC services and Clinics Director when they are not present.Attend monthly meetings with Clinic Managers and Clinics Director to ensure consistency, collaboration, and follow-through.Work closely with COO of MD and ABA Services, and Director of HR to develop and implement new policies and procedures.Engage, mentor, manage (10-12) and inspire our team of BCBAs and RBTs while also handling a client caseload of up to 5 clients (caseloads and managing direct based on business needs may increase temporarily) meeting billable hour requirement of 28 hours per week.Supervise up to 10 BCBA’s or Graduate Students (1x a month at minimum).Ensure consistency of the delivery of training, processes, and adherence to company policies by attending Clinic Leadership meetings for each respective clinic weekly (2 hours total).Maintain knowledge and efficiency across all operating platforms.Ensure compliance with all internal policies and legal regulations in daily activities, fostering development of short and long-term plans, policies, and guidelines.Conduct and oversee periodic audits of MTC required documentation within the region.Conduct stay interviews (1 per week) and develop employee feedback data for leadership.Conduct weekly audits of therapy notes and ensure completion/conversion.Conduct monthly audits of BCBA productivity.Conduct monthly audits of enrolled and discharged clients per clinic in both states.Conduct BCBA interviews and tours.Analyze and audit billable hours within departments to align with company growth and maximize staff to meet financial goals.Update ABA clinical manuals with all current protocols, policies, and procedures ensuring documentation is current.Conduct audits of offboarding ABA clients in EMR systems to ensure clients/staff are active and discharged accordingly.Ensure ABA treatment plans meet deadlines with insurance and coordinate with billing for any additional follow-up.Conduct weekly and monthly audits of ABA client scheduled hours per clinic in both states.Meet with COO of MTC Services monthly and report ABA trends, concerns, highlights, etc.Escalate systemic and/or critical problems and recommend appropriate solutions to senior management for immediate and long-term resolution.Communicate effectively and compassionately with families, staff, and colleagues.Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.Experience:Master’s degree in psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) required.Join us in this rewarding role where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients through your clinical expertise.Job Type:
