This is a commission-based role with a competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000, plus commission opportunities that can bring your total compensation upwards of $250,000 or more, based on performance.What You'll Be Doing:

As our

Regional Director of Catering Sales , you will:Lead with vision : Inspire and drive a high-performing sales team to reach and exceed revenue targets.Create unforgettable events : Work closely with clients to design one-of-a-kind event experiences, from weddings and corporate gatherings to social extravaganzas.Expand our reach : Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to grow our market presence across a wide array of event types.Collaborate with top talent : Partner with our culinary and operations teams to deliver flawless execution, ensuring every event is a success from start to finish.Your Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive growth across multiple venues.Lead and mentor a team of catering sales professionals, ensuring they have the tools to succeed.Build lasting relationships with clients, creating value-based partnerships that foster repeat business.Work closely with marketing to develop outreach efforts that target new audiences and build brand awareness.Leverage business insights to continually identify new opportunities for expansion and success.Provide ongoing coaching and development to your team, driving results through continuous improvement.Ensure every detail is covered by collaborating across departments for seamless event execution.Use market analytics to stay ahead of trends, keeping Wolfgang Puck Catering at the forefront of the industry.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience in catering sales or hospitality.Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving revenue growth and team success.Strong relationship-building abilities and communication skills.Expertise in Microsoft 365 and experience with catering or CRM databases.Apply to Wolfgang Puck today!Wolfgang Puck Catering is a member of Compass Group USACompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
