Director of Membership
to lead the membership team, driving member value, growth, and engagement strategy . This position is open to DC Metro area residents within a 75 mile radius only and requires one day in the office per month.This newly created position is an exciting opportunity to drive change and make a positive impact within the Membership team!NSPE offers:Remote-first work environment, requiring only one day/month in the officeComprehensive benefits package including generous PTOCommitment to diversity, inclusion, teamwork, unity, & fellowshipAs the Director of Membership, you will play a crucial role in promoting the value of NSPE membership, which includes access to professional development resources, networking opportunities, and advocacy for the engineering profession. You will oversee a team responsible for member service, awards and recognition programs, and online communities, while also serving as a key liaison to NSPE Membership. You will work extensively with the membership database and on membership marketing.
