About the Team:

Are you looking to join an industry-leading sales organization? Our Government Channel Sales team works with strategic partners to address and solve complex risk problems in the public safety and civilian markets.

About the Job:

The Director, Channel Sales will develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy for the Public Safety and Defense & Intelligence markets. The role requires an experienced salesperson with a proven track record of developing and managing successful channel partnerships in Public Safety. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, and the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders at strategic partners.

You'll Be Responsible For:Executing the strategic channel sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the assigned markets.Identifying and onboarding new channel partners, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives. Also, identifying and adding sales opportunities to the sales pipeline through channel partners.Strategic account management for assigned partners and ensures the success of the partnership as demonstrated by revenue growth and expansion of the relationship. Providing regular reports and updates to senior leadership on channel partner performance, market trends, and other metrics.Conducting regular business reviews with channel partners to assess performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address any challenges.Ensuring that all negotiation and execution of contracts, technical support, and customer support is delivered to exceed partner expectations.Collaborating with internal teams, including market planning, marketing, product, legal, and customer support teams, to ensure channel partners have the tools and information needed to succeed.Staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform channel sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and strengthen channel relationships.

Qualifications:10+ years of experience in channel sales, with a focus on Public Safety and Defense & Intelligence markets.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.Strong understanding of the Public Safety and Defense & Intelligence markets, including key players, trends, and challenges.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.Travel required, up to 60%.

The successful candidate will be required to pass both the standard company background check for all employees and an enhanced criminal background check conducted by the Company's state and local law enforcement partners conducted in compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information System ("CJIS") security policy. Employees in this role may also be subject to ongoing criminal background checks as required by the Company's state and local law enforcement partners. Candidates and/or employees who are not certified by state and local law enforcement to access criminal justice information will not be able to perform the essential functions of this role. Employees who subsequently fail to obtain or maintain CJIS compliance may be reassigned or terminated.
