We are seeking a strong, organized leader to take on a pivotal role within the Federal team. This individual will be responsible for keeping teams aligned and focused on key initiatives, such as the Road to MAX, and ensuring seamless collaboration and engagement with other departments, including CSR. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proven track record of fostering cross-functional partnerships to drive strategic objectives. They will be accountable for driving business results in collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams. This is a highly visible position. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, exude ownership of the business and be able to demonstrate ability to influence in a matrixed environment.What You’ll DoProduct marketing and marketing domain expertise : Deep understanding of first principles around audiences, positioning, segmentation, messaging and tactics to effectively drive business goals across the funnel.Customer Intelligence : Deep understanding of audiences who try, buy and use CC products.Strategic Business Sense : Deep understanding of CPG portfolio, industry trends, competition, and long-term strategy creation and execution.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Ability to engage and align with partners across GMO (Global Marketing) GTM (Go to Market), and category teams across all levels. Must be able to define operating models, clarify roles & responsibilities and drive healthy and productive collaboration in a highly-matrixed environment.Effective Communication : Strong skills in tailoring complex ideas for diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment through both written and verbal communication.Project Leadership : Proven ability to manage and deliver global, complex, multi-functional projects on time.Analytical Problem-Solving : Data-driven decision-making with a focus on simplifying challenges and creating actionable solutions.Monetization Strategy & Execution : Knowledge and experience establishing value and data driven commercialization strategies and execution of new offers, add on and upsell motions, and other global commercialization projects.Team Leadership : Track record of developing talent and leading a multi-functional team to drive business impact and career growth.Act as a change agent, guiding teams forward in a rapidly evolving environment.What You Need to SucceedBe an experienced senior-level PMM ideally from the design space (startup experience appreciated).Be passionate about creativity and design.Deep understanding of creative community, market trends and competitive landscape.Self-starter and proactive leader with 15+ years of building highly effective teams.Experience in the creative industry is desirable.Thrive and proven success influencing peers in a high matrixed and global organization environment.Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.Strategic problem solver who can identify and set short and long term strategic priorities.A drive to constantly optimize and improve, combined with a relentless focus on customer experience.“Owner-operator” working style.At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
