The Center for Data Insights is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This Senior Data Analyst will be the primary partner for the Service Monetization team, supporting a range of activities from stakeholder management, core reporting, and metric building to experimentation and more. We are looking for a leader within the team, developing operational dashboards, extracting insights from datasets, identifying trends, and providing applicable recommendations to enhance the customer experience, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics.
We are considering applicants for our San Francisco and Culver City offices.About YouYou have 5+ years of experience guiding growth through reasoning and analysis with at least one year experience in Service Monetization.You have experience working cross-functionally supporting service monetization teams and an understanding of metrics, funnel analysis, conversion rates, and customer segmentation.You can translate data insights into relevant recommendations for partners.You are proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Apache Superset, or similar.You have experience with compute and orchestration tools like Databricks and Airflow.You have scripting and programming skills, along with SQL expertise.You have experience with AWS services such as Redshift, Glue, and Athena.You are comfortable working with large datasets, managing billions of records.You excel in collaborative environments and work positively with others.You can navigate a matrixed organization, collaborating across different teams and departments.A Day in the Life of Our Senior Data AnalystExtract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources, including web analytics, transactional data, customer behavior, and marketing campaigns, to identify insights by building intuitive dashboards.Apply statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict customer behavior, sales trends, and demand patterns, using these models to create actionable recommendations.Translate complex data findings into concise recommendations to guide strategic decisions, improve conversion rates, optimize pricing, and enhance customer segmentation.Use statistical modeling techniques to conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, regression analysis, and other advanced statistical methods to uncover patterns, correlations, and predictive insights.Design interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MixPanel, and Apache Superset).Why you will love working at CrunchyrollReceive a great compensation package including salary plus performance bonus earning potential, paid annually.Flexible time off policies allowing you to take the time you need to be your whole self.Generous medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life insurance.Health Saving Account HSA program.Health care and dependent care FSA.401(k) plan, with employer match.Employer paid commuter benefit.Support program for new parents.Pet insurance and some of our offices are pet friendly!The Pay Range for this position is listed.
