Senior Accountant
$95,000 to $105,000 per year plus 10% bonus
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes to ensure contract compliance, appropriate documentation and timely payment
- Responsible for fixed asset accounting and reporting
- Prepare and post month-end journal entries, including those relating to inventory and COGS, in accordance with GAAP
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of the monthly financial statements and internal cost center reports
- Manage and reconcile the accounting of physical inventory and develop and maintain reports
- Assist with external audit and annual budget preparation across cost centers
Organizational Relationships
- Report to the Controller or CFO
- Interact on a daily basis with other members of management
- Cash profit sharing
