Night Shift Production Supervisor

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a food manufacturer who is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity working 8pm to 6:30am Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support production teams to meet daily KPIs and performance targets
• Oversee equipment operation, troubleshooting, and aseptic processing in compliance with food safety regulations
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, GFSI, USDA, FDA, NCDA, and HACCP requirements
• Implement and maintain food safety protocols, including proper documentation and reporting
• Continuously improve processes to optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime
• Ensure that sanitation, allergen monitoring, and packaging integrity testing are carried out effectively
• Maintain a safe and positive working environment, promoting total employee engagement

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a regulated food production environment
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 15 pounds during shifts
