Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Heavy data entry from Salesforce into Oracle ERP system
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Coordinate with clients on billing, invoicing, and general accounting needs per account
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery for clients
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Help maintain an organized filing system for important sales-related documents.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role
