Key Responsibilities of the AR and Collections Specialist:

• Maintain customer relations through phone and email communication.
• Process payments from customers and accurately apply them to their accounts.
• Review the aging report to identify overdue payments.
• Handle various administrative tasks behind the scenes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of accounting or administrative experience.
• Comfortable communicating with a diverse range of customers over the phone.

Compensation: This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20-$21, depending on experience.
