Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to Managing Directors and the Firmwide AI team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:Manage complex schedules and coordinate meetings for Managing Directors and the AI team.Handle correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Make travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.Prepare presentations and reports as needed.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.Required Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in office software and presentation tools.Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting senior executives is highly desirable.
