Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of pixel-perfect, high-performance web and mobile applications using React Native and React JS.Leverage native APIs for deep integrations and ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of applications across multiple platforms.Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks, ensuring applications perform smoothly.Transition existing React web apps to React Native while maintaining code quality and writing automated tests.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of applications.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating new tools and methodologies as needed.Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Requirements:Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a focus on React Native and React JS.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies, including ES6+ syntaxKnowledge of programmingAbility to write well-documented, clean Javascript codeRock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflictsFamiliarity with native build tools, like XCode, GradleUnderstanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storageKnowledge of mobile app development best practices and performance optimization techniques.Experience with automated testing suitesExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Understanding of QSR industry requirements and challenges is a plus.
