ACLS and NIH preferred.*MS Tele and Tele exp required.*Acutely ill medical- surgical and orthopedic patients.Patient Diagnoses: Acute/Chronic respiratory illness, Post-op general surgery, Post-op general GYN surgery, Post-op total knee and hip replacements, Orthopedics, Acute and chronic pain, Active GI bleeding, CHF/Pulmonary edema, Diabetes: Hyper and hypoglycemic conditions, Renal failure , Drug OverdosePatients with a Clinical Institute Withdrawal (CIWA) score below 7SuicidalArrhythmiaRadioactive therapyUncontrolled or new onset of seizuresStable COVID patientsThe following IV medication drips may be administered on department 300:HeparinTNAUnit
