Experience Requirements:Minimum Experience: 2 years in an L&D settingLicenses/Certifications Required:Registered Nurse (RN) in CaliforniaBLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification or equivalent

Unit Composition: 8 LDR, 2 Triage (Pre-Op for C-Sections), 2 OR, 2 PACU bedsPatient Population: High-risk patients, high diabetic populationNurse-Patient Ratios:1:1 for patients 6cm or greater dilated, on magnesium or insulin drips1:2 for all othersSpecial Procedures: Scheduled C-Sections followed through entire care; external versions and cerclages performed only on day shift.About Nationwide Therapy Group
