Travel Nurse RN - Pediatrics CVICU - $2,035 per week

Certification Details Certifications Required: BLS, PALS Certifications Preferred: ACLS Job Details 18 month minimum Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU experience required. Nurse : Patient Ratio by shift: 1:1, 1:2 for ICU status, 1:3 for stepdown/non ICU in overflow unit. Job Requirements Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. If Negative titer, must have booster vaccine. Exemptions are NOT accepted for persons working in the following areas: Potential contact with pediatrics/infants, mon-immune pregnant women (L&D areas), non-immune immunosuppressed patients (oncology, transplant, etc.) Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine. Flu season starts Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers. Needs to be updated every year. Declinations and exemptions not accepted. Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter. Education needs to be validated at the source level in accordance with applicable governing laws. Inaccurate information and/or unexplained gaps must be reviewed by the Third Party. If titer results do not show proof of immunity, administer two doses of Varicella vaccine, four weeks apart. Exemptions are NOT accepted for some areas.
