We are looking to add a
Customer Support Technician

Responsibilities:
Front-line support helping our installers and distribution partners solve technical problems via email, phone, text and chatDocument received cases and close/follow up in a timely mannerCoordinate with application engineering for escalations and/or OEM partner involvementCreate and maintain the support knowledge base and corporate website FAQContinuously learn about current and future product offeringsDevelop and deliver monthly case pareto reports to product engineering to improve current and future designsQualifications:
10+ years of experience in customer support or equivalent in a direct customer facing roleEnglish required, plus a conversational level of Spanish (verbal and written)Exemplary interpersonal skills internal and externalSolid understanding of electrical systems both three phase and single phaseAbility to read and understand electrical drawingsFamiliar with the NFPA NEC Code requirements for PV systemsSolid understanding of microinverter systemsNABCEP certified or an apprentice electrician a plusFamiliar with Microsoft products and the Microsoft Teams environmentAbility to take ownership and responsibility in a fast-paced, fun, and exciting new start-up environmentPerks of Working at Yotta Energy
