Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for improving customer service and optimizing processes? Randstad is supporting a leading wealth management firm who is seeking a talented individual to join their firm's Contact Center Experience team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by enhancing the client experience, driving operational efficiency, and implementing innovative solutions within our contact center.
salary: $65 - $70 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Analyze call center data to identify trends in customer interactions, service issues, and resolution times.Develop and deliver reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)Use data to recommend changes that could improve client satisfaction or streamline contact center operations.Propose process improvements or automation solutions that could enhance response times and reduce costs.Work on initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of service provided to clients, such as reducing wait times or personalizing client interactions.Ensure that contact center operations adhere to regulatory requirements, such as those mandated by the SEC or FINRA.Collaborate with compliance teams to update contact center procedures or scripts in response to changing regulations.Conduct audits or reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and external guidelines.Lead or participate in projects aimed at upgrading contact center systems, expanding services, or improving workflows.Coordinate across multiple departments (e.g., IT, Legal, Compliance, Customer Service) to implement new initiatives.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility).
