Professional Experience:•7-9+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.•Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.•Proven track record in leading QA teams or projects (optional).Technical Skills:•Test Automation: Proficiency in tools like MABL, Selenium, or Saucelabs.•Performance Testing: Knowledge of tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.•Defect Tracking Tools: Experience with JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar tools.•Programming Languages: Familiarity with languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.•CI/CD: Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).Soft Skills:•Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and devise solutions.•Attention to Detail: Ensuring high quality in every aspect of software development.•Leadership: Skills in managing and mentoring QA teams (optional).•Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of Methodologies:•Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.•Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).Other Relevant Skills:•Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).•Experience in risk management and assessment in QA processes.•Ability to create and maintain comprehensive test documentation. \n Education: Bachelors Degree
