Successful candidates must be willing and able to obtain a security clearance and pass a pre-employment drug screen.We are currently seeking a Lead Software Tester with a background in software test and evaluation. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of software test experience with a focus of regression testing and test development.**Responsibilities:**+ Verification and validation of software and hardware products.+ Lead a team of software testers.+ Design, implement, and conducts test and evaluation procedures.+ Identify system and software problems, record defects and reporting the results of testing.+ Execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for integration, functional, regression and user acceptance testing.+ Create new test plans, test cases, and update existing tests while working with developers testing new software as it is completed.**Qualifications:**+ 10+ years related work experience in software test.+ Ability to obtain and maintain minimally a Secret clearance.+ Experience leading a team of Software Testers.+ Experience with functional testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.+ Ability to create test plans, test procedures, and problem reports.+ Organized and capable of updating test plans and cases based on problem reports and customer feedback.+ Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Testrail.+ Comfortable working with Linux and windows operating systems.+ Self-starter who likes working in a team environment+ Solid interpersonal as well as excellent oral and written communication skills_Desired:_+ A strong understanding of RF fundamentals.+ Former EW/SIGINT system operator.+ Familiarity with RF tactical communication systems, applications, and wireless networking.-______________________________________________________________________________**What You Can Expect:****A culture of integrity.**At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
