If you are passionate about mental health and have the drive to help others achieve wellness, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to determine diagnoses and treatment plans in both outpatient and inpatient settings.Prescribe and manage medications, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes for patients.Provide individual and group psychotherapy based on best practices and evidence-based approaches.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support for clients.Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.Educate patients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and coping strategies.Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulations and ethical standards.RequirementsM.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution.Current board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry.Valid medical license in the state of practice.Demonstrated experience in clinical psychiatry, including medication management and therapy.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines in all patient interactions.Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment in both inpatient and outpatient settings.Competitive Package
