Our legacy of innovating and our culture of Belonging guide our roadmap for Revolutionizing Luxury Experiences.Your Role The Quality Assurance Specialist role will be primarily responsible for ensuring proper procedures are followed and auditing customer orders.What You'll Do Evaluate the work of fellow associates to ensure proper procedures are followed and customer orders are accurate.Daily auditing of transactions completed in all departmentsValidating and updating item information Other tasks as required to meet team goalsWhat You Bring Provide constructive feedbackPerform basic math, and interpret both written and verbal instructions correctlyActively support team conceptsMaintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirementsFocus and remain on task in a fast-paced environmentGive attention to detailMS Office Suite (Word and Excel) experienceData entry skillsSound decision-making abilityEffective and professional communication ability, written and verbalPHYSICAL DEMANDS Upon request, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with qualified disabilities to perform the essential functions.
