Summary

We are seeking a talented and driven Intermediate Power BI Developer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to develop, deploy, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards. The role will support various departments by creating actionable insights from complex data sources, ensuring the business can make data-driven decisions.

Some of the work you will do:

Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and develop solutions that meet these requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on BI solutions.Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.Create and modify existing reports, ensuring data accuracy and visual consistency.Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to BI tools and data visualizations.Analyze complex datasets and translate them into easy-to-understand visual reports.Optimize data models for performance and scalability within the Power BI ecosystem.Here are the skills that you need:

2-4 years of experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.Associates degree or higher in a related fieldSolid understanding of Power BI features, including DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query.Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.Experience in data warehouse (DW), data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and relational databases.Experience in handling data sources like SQL Server, Excel, and cloud-based platforms.Experience with Fabric is a plusEngineering experience is a plus, especially in a technical or operational environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform tasks while in a sedentary position using a computer and phone.Frequently required to engage in talking, hearing, and visual focus.Regularly required to move throughout the facility, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.Here are the skills and qualifications that will set you apart:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related fieldFamiliarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.Understanding of Azure and cloud-based data architecture is a bonus.Experience with Python or R for data analysis is desirable.Benefits and perks we offer:
