Quality Assurance Associate

Staffmark is hiring a Quality Assurance Associate in Redlands, CA. Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM for the first two weeks, then 3 AM - 12:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with overtime on weekends as needed. The Quality Assurance Associate role requires strong organization and experience to enhance our products' accuracy. You will test products according to standard quality procedures while maintaining efficiency. Strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities: Adhere to quality standards and document QA activities. Develop and improve testing procedures. Plan and conduct product inspections for quality conformance. Inspect and package products to meet specifications. Track and report quality metrics to Production. Investigate and resolve product quality issues. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications: Ability to lift 5 pounds. Knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Experience in manufacturing and quality.
